CORE 92MM TO 102MM BILLET LS THROTTLE BODY ADAPTER

Custom throttle body adapter for 92mm throttle body. This adapter allows the use of a stock 92mm throttle body on a FAST 102mm intake manifold and is proudly made in the USA from a solid piece of 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. It is 5/8" thick and milled on every side to ensure a perfect seal. This new version contains an o-ring for a leak free seal.

We have also tapered the port to allow for full expansion of the air as it passed through the throttle body. The bore size is 92mm on the throttle body side and tapers to 102mm on the intake manifold side. We provide all hardware needed to bolt the adapter to the intake manifold and the throttle body to the adapter.

CORE Performance products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. CORE Performance electronic components and products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If the any part does not meet the limited warranty criteria an RMA number will have to be initiated to set up an exchange or refund.

The part must be returned to CORE Performance with an RMA number assigned to it, and if it is in acceptable condition, CORE Performance will issue credit directly to the customer. In addition, CORE Performance limited warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been modified or altered in any way, subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion or faulty repair, or used in racing activities or competitive applications other than those recommended by CORE Performance.
