CORE LS1 FUEL INJECTOR TO LS2 FUEL RAIL ADAPTER KIT

This kit will fit all LS1 and LS6 injectors being run on a LS2 intake manifold with LS2 fuel injector rail. The factory LS1 injectors are approximately 1/4" taller then factory LS2 injectors. They also have smaller bottom o-rings then a LS2 style injector.

Unfortunately if one tries to use a LS2 bottom o-ring on a LS1 injector it will still leak because the ID (inner diameter) is a different size. Because of this, a custom o-ring must be used. Our custom o-ring is significantly larger then the stock one is. Only the bottom o-ring must be changed as the top injector pocket on both fuel rails are the same size.

We have also included a set of 4 CNC machined spacers and new bolts to accommodate the taller LS1/LS6 injectors.

Warranty

CORE Performance products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. CORE Performance electronic components and products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If the any part does not meet the limited warranty criteria an RMA number will have to be initiated to set up an exchange or refund.

The part must be returned to CORE Performance with an RMA number assigned to it, and if it is in acceptable condition, CORE Performance will issue credit directly to the customer. In addition, CORE Performance limited warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been modified or altered in any way, subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion or faulty repair, or used in racing activities or competitive applications other than those recommended by CORE Performance. This warranty does not warrant and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities and/or applications, other than those specifically recommended by CORE Performance.
