If you are returning an item due to an error caused by The AMP Step Store or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any restocking fees (exclusions apply). Refunds will be credited within 10-14 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.
